Vallejo Pigment FX: Pigment Binder - 35ml

Water based acrylic binder for pigments. Dries slowly to a matt finish and allows more time to manipulate pigment.

Use Pigment Binder to fix the pigment to the surface of the model, which has a slightly delayed drying time to allow some manipulation, such as the simulation of water and snow run-offs or moving the pigment into and around the details of the model.
