Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your domestic parcels to you within 5 working days

We are a small, independent business packing and shipping online orders from our shop in Bristol 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Accurate shipping costs will be calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address however, as a guide, most standard, small parcels are shipped at the cost of
£4 per order or FREE when you spend over £40 with us.

Certain items, those that are oversized or particularly heavy for example, may incur additional shipping costs, as will destinations outside of the UK mainland.

We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service to send all our domestic parcels and rely on their highly rated service to deliver your orders in the great condition they left us, in good time. The service is traceable from the moment it leaves our shop to that at which it arrives at your door. You will be sent an email or, if you have provided a mobile number, an SMS notification as soon as your parcel is in Royal Mail's hands along with the tracking number for your individual parcel. You will also be given the option to change the day of delivery if required. All in all, we have found this to be the most reliable, traceable service to use in the UK for both ours and our customers peace of mind.

As with all courier services, Royal Mail can and may experience disruption on occasion, especially during peak season. For this reason we recommend you order in plenty of time if you require your items for a certain date. Please bear with us as we all do our best to get your orders to you in good time.

If you would like us to send your parcel via different means please get in touch, we are mostly limited to Royal Mail but can send orders via Special Delivery for a surcharge or untracked if required. We would also be open to allowing customers to arrange their own courier collections or utilise our Click & Collect service if it helps.

As a small business, we try our best to remain competitive and offer our customers the best value for money however, when suppliers and services increase their prices we must also follow suit if we wish to continue trading profitably.
