• Fulfilment: Your parcel is shipped by our partner from their warehouse.
• Delivery: Timings and packaging may differ from our in-store items.
• Mixed baskets: If you add other items from The Home Crafters, they may arrive in separate parcels.
• Click & Collect: Not available for affiliate items, though you can choose delivery to our store and collect your entire order together (lead time will be extended).
• Discounts & loyalty: Discount codes and loyalty points may not apply to affiliate items unless stated on the product page.
• Returns & aftercare: Returns and after-sales support for these items are handled by our partner (we’re happy to help coordinate if needed).
• Order updates: You’ll receive shipping/tracking updates for our partner items directly from them.
