What that means for your order

• Fulfilment: Dispatched by the partner from their warehouse.
• Delivery: Timings/packaging can differ from our in-store items.
• Mixed baskets: If you add items sold by The Home Crafters, they may arrive in separate parcels.
• Click & Collect: Not available for affiliate items. You can choose delivery to our shop and collect your whole order together — please allow extra time.
• Discounts & loyalty: Discount codes and loyalty points may not apply unless stated on the product page.
• Returns & aftercare: Handled by the partner (we’re happy to help coordinate).
• Order updates: Shipping/tracking emails for affiliate items come directly from the partner.
