These Terms & Conditions apply to all prize draws operated by The Home Crafters Ltd unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of The Home Crafters Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Proof of age and residency may be requested.

3. The Prize

3.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.

3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Entry

4.1 Entry pricing and maximum number of entries are specified on the relevant product page.

4.2 Entries close when all available entries are sold or on the stated closing date, whichever occurs first.

4.3 Only entries received before the stated closing date will be valid.

5. Free Entry Route

5.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.

5.2 To enter for free, participants must send their full name, postal address, email address and contact telephone number on a postcard to:

5.3 Only one free entry per person per draw is permitted.

5.4 Free entries will be treated equally to paid entries.

5.5 Free entries count towards the maximum number of available entries for each draw.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

6.2 The draw will take place within 48 hours of entries closing.

6.3 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided.

6.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

7.1 The winner may choose to collect the prize in person from:

or have the prize delivered free of charge to a UK address provided by the winner.

7.2 Delivery will be arranged within 5 working days of prize confirmation unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

7.4 Once dispatched, responsibility for the prize goods passes to the winner.

8. Refunds

8.1 Paid entries are non-refundable unless the draw is cancelled.

8.2 If a draw is cancelled, paid entries will be refunded in full.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data will be used solely for administering the prize draw.

9.2 Data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel a draw if necessary.

10.2 The Promoter’s decision is final.
