We are trialling a new Special Order Range in store and online at The Home Crafters.

This is a range of products that we don't hold physical inventory of, meaning that the items need to be ordered in from our suppliers separately to those products we currently keep in stock.

Order times:
Products are subject to availability at our suppliers and will inevitably come with extended lead times - we estimate that it will take up to 2 weeks for the product to reach you after you have placed the order - this is just a guide, however and may vary depending on stock availability and demand.

Process:
You can shop our special order items just as you would any other item in stock. After you place an order for a Special Order item we will be in touch within 24hrs to give you a more accurate idea of how long you will need to wait for the order. If the lead time is too great, or you change your mind, we are more than happy to cancel, amend or refund the order.

Delivery Charges:
Because special order items are ordered in and handled separately to stocked items they come with their own, separate delivery charge. This is calculated and applied automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
If your order includes both special order and stocked items the delivery charge will be calculated and applied as if you placed 2 separate orders - effectively doubling the delivery cost. This is because stocked items will be handled and shipped in a separate parcel to those that are ordered in from our supplier. For this reason, you may wish to order special order items separately to standard stocked items

FREE Delivery:
Our offer of FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £40 applies to both stocked and special order products, therefore if your order totals more than £40 you will not be charged for delivery

Click & Collect:
Special Order items can also be ordered for collection from our shop in Yate Shopping Centre free of charge. The lead time remains the same (up to 2 weeks, subject to availability) and you will be contacted as soon as the product is ready to collect from our store. Simply choose the 'Pick up' option during checkout.
(Note: You cannot choose both collection and delivery in the same order; if you would prefer stocked items to be delivered and special order items to be collected, or vice versa, please place separate orders)
