💚 Green Stuff World Galore! We've had a MASSIVE Green Stuff World restock – and we mean massive. From clay shapers and resin bits to airbrush accessories and UV resin kits, we are absolutely bursting with brilliant bits for miniature makers just in time for Christmas. They're perfect for those "what do I get him?!" moments – especially if he’s into wargaming, modelling, or terrain building.

🧶 Yarn Restock Frenzy! Knitters and crocheters, rejoice! Our yarn wall is full to bursting thanks to a huge restock – but blink and you'll miss it. These balls of wool are flying off the shelves faster than you can say “one more row.”

Whether you're starting a winter blanket or knitting gnomes for the school fair, now’s the time to stock up!

🎨 A big THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our October kids’ workshops — what a fab turnout and some truly imaginative makes! 🎃✨

From decopatch pumpkins and colourful little creatures to DIY trick-or-treat bags and the cutest mini witches made from teeny-tiny plant pots, the creativity was off the charts. We were blown away by the concentration, glitter use (😂), and giggles throughout the half term – you lot absolutely smashed it!

We’re now putting the finishing touches on our Christmas workshop schedule, so keep an eye on socials and in-store posters – festive fun is just around the corner!

Beth has set up her 2026 Getting Started in Coloured Pencils workshop schedule too — and with her special offer of any 2 sessions for just £25, we’re expecting those spots to disappear faster than a sharp pencil on sketch day! ✏️

Add to that the usual postal slowdowns — which seem to be starting earlier every year — and you’ve got all the reason you need to pop in or click “add to basket” sooner rather than later.

🌟 This month, we’re twinkling our fairy lights in the direction of Beth — the creative force behind Peace, Pencils & Portraits — and one of the kindest, most inspiring members of our crafty crew.

Beth leads our much-loved Getting Started in Coloured Pencils workshop each month here in store, gently guiding artists of all abilities through relaxing and rewarding drawing sessions. But her talents don’t stop there — she also runs mindfulness art classes elsewhere in the community, is a proud member of the U3A Art Group, and somehow still finds time to create the most exquisite wildlife illustrations and portrait art.

Her drawings are soft, soulful and full of character — the kind that make you stop in your tracks and smile. You’ll find a beautiful selection of her prints and greetings cards available in store and on our website, making them perfect for heartfelt gifting (or a treat for your own walls!).
